I seek your time,” CM Kumaraswmay said at the beginning of the budget session.He has, however, not moved any official paper to the effect.CM Kumaraswamy exuded confidence in majority of his government and said that the situation has forced him to take this action.”I am forced to say this in this situation. A few MLAs’ decision has led to this crisis. I am not here to stay here permanently.
